Appointments

Appointment times

08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday

Appointments can be made by telephone or in person at reception.

If you have an urgent problem and no appointments are available you may be asked to wait and be fitted in between other patients.  Under these circumstances we feel it is reasonable that some enquiry is made as to the nature of the problem.

Once a week we hold either an early morning clinic from 6.30am to 8.30am or evening clinic from 6pm to 8pm for patients unable to attend the doctor during normal working hours. Consultation is by appointment only.  The Out of Hours Service continues to provide emergency services out with practice hours.

Telephone Advice

If you require telephone advice you can phone and ask to speak to a doctor. If a doctor is not available to speak to you, please leave your name and an up to date contact number and the doctor will phone you back when they are available.  The receptionist will ask you for a reason for the phone call and this is to allow for the doctor to prioritise your treatment.  If you are unwilling to give a reason then this may cause an unnecessary delay.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
